MM EVH backplate - same as other models?

I just purchased another MM EVH model from 1996 - the guitar is mint but it's missing the backplate. If anyone has a spare one, let me know btw!

But if I need to look on craigslist and ebay, I'm wondering if the EVH use the same backplate as other MM models?

Any insight is welcome, and would make my search easier.

I'd think you could contact Customer Service and buy a replacement directly from EBMM for something like a backplate.
