Update:
I have contacted most of the dealers in Europe ernie ball suggested to get a new preamp and every single of of them said that they stopped ordering warranty parts. So this leaves me with nothing but a dead guitar! if someone knows anything or a shop please hmu!

Remove all the electronic stuff and put some passive pickups

All the fancy stuffs are nice when you have a guitar tech but are too error prone for amateur gigging musicians

Hey, I dont know if this is still actual but something similar happened to me couple years ago with my Majesty Monarchy.. Bought a guitar in the US, then came back to Europe. After like 1,5 year same problem happened to me as well.

Dead V1 preamp. I just changed a couple emails with EBMM customer service and both sides figured out that in my location - Prague Czechia is one official dealer. They sent me V2 preamp fst just with next sea shipment container with guitars and equipment for the local shop for no charge.

I just picked up electronics and friend of mine did the job - he switched V1 for V2 for 35-40€.

It took like one month to arrive.
