Is it just me or is it time for the MM site to get an overhaul to be as nice as EB's main site?

It's not that it's horrible or anything, it's just that EB's main site is so nice it sort of overshadows it.

It would be really cool to have an interactive (flash-based probably) configurator that would let you build a guitar and actually 'see' it.

Yes it is just you!!!!



It was supposed to happen last year, but with the idea of the Open House and all these ideas BP and the gang have been putting into anniversay guitars, LEs, Y2ds..... it was put on hold! I would hope for this year, but I'm sure althoug important, it's probably not the highest priority at the moment.
EB also opened a new factory and waiting times for EBMM guitars is approx. 5 months!

Based on the on n off discussion of this topic, im sure the BP & folks have stuff planned for the site. be patient.

I'd assume their precious time goes to basses, guitars, strings & other cool accessories first

I've talked to Chewie and CodeMonkey and they have been working on the site and assured me that it is being worked on it's gonna be awesome.

I have a feeling that we'll be seeing something in the very near future.

I'm not bitchin' trust me. I just remember as long ago as 2002 before I got my first JP7 digging around on the MM site and it was the same site!

Can't wait to see the new one.

Actually, it would be good to hold off on the new site, because it's going to spawn more GAS for priests sake. I think I'm really going mad with these purchases. I have bought 3 Balls in a year basically and all new ones as well. The LUKE I think I MUST keep, from playing it at the studio this past friday night. And I ordered the 20th Silo recently. MAKE IT STOOOPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant controll my EBMM gear whoaring!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tell me about it. ive ordered 3 this year and now there's talk of this new Luke, it had better be available for a while cos i cant afford a new one till next year, since i ordered the 20th silo.

man these guitars are addictive!!!
