I think that for right now it's safe to assume that you all mostly know how things should go here. I am the last person on earth to be a Thread Nazi. Off-topic is fine, slightly colorful yet descriptive language is fine, but we saw last week some instances that should serve as reminders of what we do NOT want to become.

If it gets to the point where we need more guidance, let me know and Rod and I will make sure we're not being heavy-handed while still keeping things moving in the right direction.
