Morse, Bongo, Axe FX II XL+, Friedman HBE, Hectic Watermelon

It reminds me in some ways of Steve Morse's "Coast to Coast" album. Sounds good!

Sounds great John! Sign me up for that next album when it comes out.

Btw what pickups do you have in the Morse these days?

Thank you, and yes, the those 6th/chromatic alternating picking sequences at the end of the rhythm figure as well as the double stops in the first melody line are classic Morse-isms. I think of that sequence more from the Southern Steel album. If you've worked through those awesome 90's albums, it's hard to avoid letting them slip in there!

Hey beej, thank you. This is a new tune idea from over the weekend that will be slated for HWM2. Just starting to get back into a flow of writing. On pu's, I have two EB MM Morse old blue models. The one with Tunomatic, used here has DiMarzio classic PAF's. The trem guitar has a DiMarzio D-Sonics in bridge. I keep changing that one though. I really like the PAF's...nice, warm, versatile.
