I prefer the dregs w/ violin and piano, but the set list for SMB looks fantastic. Looks like Steve is playing BOTH songs he played at the Open House -- VISTA GRANDE and ON THE PIPE

Hoping he does Kashmir too. C'mon Thurs and FRI.

I was at this show with phatty and met beej for the first time there too. It was my first time seeing SM, and I can't say I know his music nearly as well as a lot of people here do... but wow. Awesome freakin' show!

When he opened for himself, the guitar work was super impressive and totally the focal point for me. Then when the Dregs came on, their violinist was playing an electric that sounded ridiculously cool, not exactly like a normal violin would sound, it was almost in the same tonal range as the guitar and super warm. Towards the end, SM and the violinist were dueling, back and forth, and they sounded eerily similar. It was a blast to hear and see.

I'm sure others have a lot more to offer in the way of reviews, too... so let's hear 'em!
