Unlikely.

With the exception of limited runs (Premier Dealer Network, BFRs, etc.) the way usually works with EBMM is that the production model only changes if the artist actually wants that change. For example, if Petrucci changed his choice of string gauge, the production instruments did too. When he changed pickups, the production instruments changed too. When the LIII first came out it had an all-rosewood neck. A year or two later Lukather decided he preferred roasted maple and so the production instruments changed too.

Think MM will ever make a production model of the Morse with an ebony board?

Like DrKev said, or if it's something that Steve himself wants and they make a change to the line, but I'm not sure that would happen.

Keep an eye on the For Sale thread, Reverb and EvilBay, you might be able to score one of the PDN.
