Although I really love seeing nicely flamed & quilted tops, those solid ones are great looking, too !!!
Can't believe they're all gone...

Can someone from EB chime in? I was going to order my BFR within the next couple of weeks. But, if there are some new Ideas coming out before I order mine, I'll be absolutely pissed off! Hahahaha!

Anything with EBMM is possible. I know the one off Koa Axis with a rosewood neck at the first Open House was just that. Then the BFR Koa came out a few years later.
At the time Dargie posted the guitars...they were one off's for the NY JP clinic and offered up for sale. Now...does that mean they won't be offered down the road? Who knows? Anything is possible.
I am going to assume that right now....only the available colors will be offered. They could offer some of the one off features next year or never. They are gorgeous huh?
Pittman...I would get what you want. Any BFR is a great one....

Major changes (new colors, options) usually are announced during the NAMM shows, there's one at the end of June, but the more important NAMM show is in January.

Change your order to a trans blue flame top.

:D

It's the best color IMO. Of course I'm a bit biased. It would be unique on a JP.

Well, it was going to come out sooner or later

The silver burst BFR isn't mine.

GC was offering the guitars as "must sell & pick up today" (meaning no deposits with final payment next week kind of deal) and that made the one-offs unobtainable for at least one of the interested parties... until I stepped in and snagged it for them.

As of 11:00am today RichB is the proud owner of that fine axe :D
