...bring me a Dream....:D:)

Yeah, today "Buford" has arrived. My first EBMM Bass ever. What a fantastic Intrument. Plays and sounds absolute awsome. I´ve bought i used, but there is not a Scratch on it. Looks like fresh from the Factory. I only did som Fretboard oiling with Lemon Oil, some Polishing and put a fresh Set of Sadowsky Blue Label Steel Rounds on it. Absolute gorgeous. Will post the Serial No. into the D.o.B. Thread to get the exakt Date of Birth.

And that´s it now.

Nice one!

Try ErnieBall Regulars at some point. Their gauges are the best match for the SR5 in my humble opinion
I'm not telling you because we are in the EB-Forum. They really are. Took me a while to figure it out.

A friend of mine had one exactly like yours... unfortunatly I didn't have the funds back when he sold it... Congratulations on a very classic StingRay5!

Welcome to the forum & congrats on your acquisition of that bass... I'm not a big fan of red, but I really like that translucent color and "buford" appears to be in excellent shape... nice score for sure! :)
