Hello all. New here. Just purchased a music man 212 cabinet. It has no emblems on it, but you can tell it is one. I'm under the impression that it was a 1977 212rh. I pulled the speakers out, and one is marked A12-rh, with Eminence 67-7642. The other is marked A12-g-hd, with Eminence 67-7731. Did they mismatch the speakers like that? Is it a 1976 or 1977 212rh? The cab front, behind the grill has a tag number, S01651. Does that mean anything? Also, what's with the capacitors in the cab? What purpose? Any info would be appreciated? Thanks.

They might have. Could also be a replacement. The 7731 and 7642 are date codes, year and week. Maybe they blew one, and that was the closest they could find.
