Hey guys,

I was having some trouble comparing the features of all JP models (too many!), so I created a comprehensive chart with all major features to have everything organized in a single place, chronologically, for easy reference.

Music Man JP comparison chart

Please check if it's accurate enough, I'm open to suggestions as well. I hope it can be useful to someone else.

Thanks. That is much easier to understand than going from model to model on the website.

Correct me if i am wrong but i think "Normal" JP6 (talking about 2009) can have ebony fingerboard too! Stealth black version has ebony fingerboard, isnt it?

I bought my jp6 in October 2007, and it has the Crunch Lab and LiquiFire pickups. It is not the BFR (that model was brand new if I recall right), I think it has a basswood body, but does have a maple neck with rosewood.

I intentionally didn't include the 7s, because it would be way too much information to organize.
Anyway, what differences would they have from their 6s sisters (beyond the fretboard width)?

Hmmm...my 2005 doesn't have a d-sonic. I don't recall them switching that year...
