Music Man JP6: how I fixed my tuning stability problems

Piezo saddles work on pressure, so I believe it shouldn't make any difference.

Anyway, I didn't use it on the saddle itself... I used it at the friction point behind the saddle.

Sorry to bring this thread back again, but can anyone else confirm if nut sauce can be used on piezo saddles without affecting the tone/output? I don't have severe stability problems anymore, but I just want to be thorough during my next setup and thinking of lubing these up too...

I've used it on piezo saddles with no problems. I will say that I don't use very much at all on them though. Wouldn't want to get any underneath, just on the very top.

I've used a bit on my piezo saddles, no issues!

Hi,

I tried both graphite oil and Vaseline on my Sterling Jp60. Some strings stay in tune while others don't (especially the Low and high E on the edges) The tremolo saddles are like a fender bridge but it also has posts like most floating bridges.
I haven't tried oiling the blade and post.

Has any of you guys heard of any problems with the MM guitars posts before? I'm a little concerned since this is the Sterling, is the metal of the bridge the same as that of the MM?

Thanks!
