Hey guys! Just wondering if any of you have any lines on custom after market necks that would fit a JP 7 neck pocket. I've had two mahogany necked JP's twist on me in the last few years.... I keep them well maintained and looked after but I'm from Canada and do a lot of touring so the changes in temperature and humidity they experience can be quite extreme. The maple necked JP standard and Rosewood necked Axis I own have held up perfectly but my BFR 6 and JPXI 7 are pretty warped. The BFR is actually the second warped one I've had, the first one was noticed within the first week of purchase though so L&M (Canadian guitar centre essentially) just took it back and gave me an entirely different BFR. It's not really worth it to me to get a stock MM replacement, as I feel I can only expect the same fate for the necks again. I'd love it if MM would build me a roast maple neck for the thing, I'd pay $1000 and sign a contract saying I'd never sell the thing if I had to haha. Anyways thanks for any help, heres a vid of me playing the guitar in question haha.

That's pretty extreme!

Just an idea: maybe you could take some advice from a pro guitar tech of some world-class band... many pro guitarists travel around the world under far worst conditions than Canada alone, and they must have some tricks to keep the guitar necks during these environment changes.
