Hi

I've just picked up a secondhand Trans orange (I think that's what the colour is called) Stingray. Had it set up by a local guitar tech and it's playing beautifully. Interested in knowing it's date of manufacture and believe I can get that by posting here? Also, anyone know what the body is made of? Alder or Ash?

Serial number is: E23076.

Cheers

Dave.

Hi I'd like information on my Stingray. If you could include color info, DOB info and where it was shipped that would be a big help! The serial number is E19123. Thanks in advance.

Finally got around to registering and inquiring about my "born on" dates:

EBMM CherryBurst Sterling 5: F21733
BFR Amethyst Burst Sterling: F21266

Can you also please share which retailer initially bought them for resale?

Thank you very much!

Hello.

I ordered an used Music Man John Petrucci Pearl Red Burst model yesterday.

This is the link of auction with photos : MUSIC MAN JOHN PETRUCCI PEARL RED BURST (1436041282) - Aukcje internetowe Allegro

This model has two knobs, two pickup switches and one jack socket.
I spent an hour for looking an image of similar guitar without piezo and with two switches and two knobs.
I found only photos of mine guitar on auction...and a lot of other models, but those with two switches always had piezo, three knobs and also two jack sockets.

A question appears : Am I ordered an original model, or fake one ? Please, check this out, I would be very grateful.
If it's original model, it would be nice to know a 'date of born'.

Serial number : G17618

(excuses for my english..I am still learning)

Regards.
