September 29th, 2008. Your specs are consistent with what you'll see on our website. One interesting thing about your bass is that it is natural with a "matching headstock". Normally only basses with colored finishes get ordered with the matching headstock as the natural just get a clear coat.

This should be a fretless Stingray 5 in blueburst completed on May 1st, 1992.

Thanks for the info. It is a stingray 5, in blueburst, but its not fretless. I bought it new. Strange.....

Thanks for the info. It is a stingray 5, in blueburst, but its not fretless. I bought it new. Strange.....

Weird, I just doubled checked the serial number and it definitely says unlined fretless.
