Hello,

I wrote on here a while back to find out about my bass. I was told my MM was a 20th anniversary bass. I have since noticed that other 20th anniversary basses have this emblazoned on the headstock but mine doesn't. I wondered if there was any reason for this? Maybe it doesn't have the original build (I haven't owned it from new) or a rare misprint?

Any light you could shed on this would be much appreciated! For reference the serial is: A01252

Many thanks in advance,

Sam

This one definitely checks out as a 20th Anniversary bass. Most likely the original owner sent it in for a neck replacement and we no longer had the silk screen for the print.

Can you tell me a little bit about D06829?

This StingRay 3EQ was completed on July 14th, 1997. The color is teal with the maple neck. It was originally sold to Richmond Music Center.

Thanks very much! I just got it cleaned up (one of the dirtiest basses I have ever had to scrub!), restrung it with new EB's , crazy great bass, love it, love it, love it!
