G74475 - This JP6 was completed on October 7th, 2015. The color is Vintage Tobacco Burst with the figured Maple neck, JP inlays & matching headstock. The body wood is Alder. This was from the 2015 Premier Dealer Network run that was only open for a one month ordering window. It was originally shipped to Pitbull Audio.

These serial numbers aren't coming up in the database, it's possible that they belong to pre/early Ernie Ball Music Man instruments. The serial number database didn't come around until the late 1980s after Ernie Ball took over so we don't have the production records of those unfortunately. Sometimes there is a date stamp in the neck pocket or pickup cavity. There is also a great reference website where you can compare to similar serial numbers, http://musicmanbass.org/mycustompage0052.htm.
