E04279- This StingRay5 was completed on August 27th, 1998. The color is Trans Red with a Maple neck. It was originally shipped to Royal Music Center.

F06913- This Sterling H was completed on March 18th, 2003. The color is Blue Dawn with a Maple Neck. It was originally shipped to Guitar Center.

Hi, looking to purchase a used Sting Ray Serial # 36751 Green ( name of color) with oiled maple neck from what I'm informed. Can you verify color and build date info. Information regarding oiled neck basses would also be appreciated. Any further information would be great

Hello! Just got a beautiful stingray and wanted to know any info you may have. On the neck seemed like there was 198* stamped. But here is the serial # that was in the bridge: 50596. Thanks!

This StingRay 3EQ was completed on February 1st, 1993. The color is White with a Maple Neck. It was originally shipped to Sam Ash.

This StingRay 5 was completed on January 13th, 1989. The color is Sunburst with a Maple Neck. Unfortunately, we don’t have the originally shipped to on this one.

Hey I don't mean to bother here, but the Stingray isn't a honey burst, it's a bright red wood finish. It's used, but the guy didn't say anything about changing the finish. Maybe HE got it used and somebody before him got a new finish? I'm also nowhere near Italy, so that's a little questionable, though it would be super cool if it got sort of passed down used over and over until it reached me.
