Also, it has a Piezo PU and I think it was around the time when they first started making them. Please let me know when the first Piezo PUs were installed. I had to wait a long time for my bass as they were taking a long time tweaking the Piezo. Thanks!

This StingRay 3EQ was completed on September 21st, 2016. The color is Black with the Rosewood fretboard. It was made at the one and only Ernie Ball Music Man factory in San Luis Obispo, California.

51157 - This StingRay 5 was completed on October 8th, 1990. The color is coming up as "Special" which just means it was something different than standard ordering options at that time. It has the Maple neck.

This left handed StingRay 3EQ was completed on June 20th, 2001. The color is White with the Rosewood fretboard. The body wood is Ash. It was originally shipped with the black pearloid pickguard to Steve's Music.
