Moondog,

This 2-band beauty was completed on 9/19/90 and was originally shipped to a store called Fall River Music. in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The color was officially known as White, though I suspect it looks more like blond now. The neck should be all maple and be a finished neck.

Vintage for sure!

Thank you very much Dan.
Yes, the color looks more like vintage blonde/buttercream than white - very yummy!

Any the neck has a that wonderful vintage tint - another great bass!

Hey guys,

Finally getting around to getting some info on my Stingray 5, hope someone here can help! The serial # is 56542. It's a Honeyburst SR5 with a maple board and a black PG. I bought it used in 1999, I think.

Any help would be appreciated!

'Tis indeed, and thanks! Now if only the original owner hadn't put in a Bartolini P/U and electronics then tossed the factory stuff ... :(

Always on the lookout for original electronics, these days ... like looking for a needle in a haystack. Ah well ...

This is number four. I keep wheeling and dealing until I find one I like better and then that one goes in the "do not trade" pile.:D

This latest is a definate "do not trade" at least until the next time.;)
