I'd like to get some info on my SR5. Gold sparkle with rosewood or pau ferro board (not sure). Serial #E27822. I purchased it from "The Music Store" in Webster NY, late 2003 I think.

klobb, your Bongo 5 HH was built on 4/29/04 and was shipped to New Jersey Guitar & Bass Center in Edison, NJ. Apparently from Jay's collection of NOS. Great find!

I just got my first Music Man today. It's a Bongo 5 HH... all I can say is wow.
My keyboard player has a solo gig tonight, so I called him up, and asked to jump up on a couple jams just because I can't wait until our next show on the night before Thanksgiving to play this beast live.
I'd love to know her birthday. Serial # F23374

Hey everyone, I am keen to find out the year of my Stingray 5. the serial number is E61853. Also does anyone know how to tell if this model has a ceramic or alnico pickup? Thanks a bunch

Silver, matching headstock, black pickguard. Judging by a lot of the other ones of similar colours etc, I'd say it is a 1999-2000 model. I bought it used and whoever had it before me added a thumbrest from a Fender bass to the top near the neck, a little feature I've come to love.
