no serial number

I just got my first stingray back in a trade tonight, and I have decided to try and find out the roots on it, Has an enamel bird's eye maple neck and board, no serial number on the plate or bridge and has a metal cover for the battery storage, love the bass am so glad to have got it back, if anyone knows where to find the lost serial or anything let me know, if it is under the neck don't really want to take it off to find it

Hi,

New EBMM Sting Ray bass owner here. Great deal on it (bought it from a college student going back needing tuition/book money and deciding music wasn't his future).

Anyway, the serial number on the black Sting Ray is E62332. I think it's from 2008. Plus there's a date stamp in the neck pocket of "Sep 13".

Any specific date or other information about the bass would be greatly appreciated.

Greetings, I'm looking for a build confirmation for serial E43329. It's an SR5 with rosewood finger board, and appears to be one of the elusive copperhead bronze bodies with copper pick guard. I know the paint was a rare batch but are replacement copper pick guards available or are they a rare batch as well?

DOB: 3/18/04 We ship most of our instruments via UPS Ground and the hardshell cases are normally fine. As long as they don't get run over by the UPS truck, you should be good.

DOB: 8/11/04 This is one of the Copper Bronze color packages. Unfortunately we do not have any more of those pickguards available
