actually, finally decided to buy a brand new(and my very first)stingray. it's the standard black and maple HH model. fell in love like i knew i would.. =). serial number is E78931. thank you!

And also, this is a white Bongo. The body is a pleasing cream color, like it has aged nicely, but the headstock remains snow white. Weird, like the headstock/neck and body are from different basses. Hmmm. Any comments on this issue?

DOB: 02/12/04 , the difference in color tone is attributed to the fact that the body is clear coated whereas the neck is a matte finish. The white body with clear ages faster than the matte.
