i am also new to the forums - picked up my first EBMM a JP6 - serial G24698 - used at a local Sam Ash - from a Dream Theater loving salesman - don't know anything else about it. liked the neck better than the newer models. Fair price, execellentshape so am real happy Would like to know the date of manufacture though. Thanks very much.

The serial # is E35633. I bought it from Guitar Center in Dallas TX abt 7-8 years ago. I am the 2nd owner.
