This bass has a white body, 9v. 3EQ, white pick guard, flame maple neck, 6-bolt, rosewood fingerboard, bridge mutes.

I am the original owner, and I think I purchased it around 1992 in NYC or CT.

Unfortunately this appears to be a pre-Ernie Ball instrument and we have no records of those.

Lucky lady! That was completed on April 7th, 2010. It's a Stingray 5 Classic, ash body, mint green finish, birdseye maple neck.
