got a used EBMM Sterling, S/N 40096 (also see the respective thread in "basses" section.
Can you tell me the date of birth?
From musicmanbass.org, i would assume that it´s somewhere around 1993, but there is no indication anywhere on the bass.

The A31319 doesn't yield any information but E31319 brings up a black Stingray 4, maple board completed on June 19th, 2002.

But where the neck bolts on in the back is 4 bolts not 6 like the ones I see online

also the serial number is under where the strings come up at the bottom of the bass, not on a plate on the back
