DOB for a EBMM Sting Ray 5 string bass please - E48928.

Also, I'm assuming that this is what I have, correct? Standard - Music Man® humbucking with alnico pole pieces and hum canceling phantom coil.

It's the Alnico Pole Pieces that I'm wondering about.

Your bass was completed on August 30th, 2005. It has a ceramic pickup.

Could you tell what is the date of birth with this serial number : 31740 ?

Besides, is there some advice to recognize an authentic SR (sound of course but maybe something else like the number of screws on the bridge, the neck, the EQ,...) ?

This Bongo was completed on February 22nd, 2005. It should be a 4 string, H, in Sapphire Black.

November 6th, 1997, All Stingray 4 string basses have Alnico pickups. The body should be Ash.
