I recently acquired a new MusicMan SR4 with 3 band EQ in Candy Apple Red, serial number E61166, what's the BOB?

I got a nice deal on it because it had been sitting in the shop for quite some time.

I recently bought used Sting Ray , that looks brand new , it is SR with 4 strings , red painted body , black pickup cover and maple grif ... .Serial no is D 07833 and i couldn't find it on MUsicmanbass.org , so i'm interested in finding out the production date of my MMSR and wha kind of bodywood has been used

That instrument appears to be a counterfeit.

March 13th, 2014 originally sold to Martin Music. It was part of a limited run of completely rosewood necks.
