Hi,
I'm from Europe and I recently found a Sterling in the US which I love. Problem: The seller won't ship it to the UK! :(
Is there anyone on this forum to whom I could have the bass shipped and who would pass it on the be shipped to the UK? Of course, I would pay all the extra shipping charges and a little thank-you as well! If anyone could help, please PM me!
Regards!

Are you sure the seller didn't mean it won't sell it to the UK? Because as far as I know, EBMM's policy is (with some exceptions) that new instruments must be bought from your local dealer/distribution.

Edit: you didn't actually specify whether the bass is new or not. My bad :p

Good point... didn't think to ask if it's a used deal or not.

Used bass? Because if not, we're not going to use the forum to circumvent Ernie Ball Music Man's policies. Make sense?

Ryan, with the exchange rate and duties to add it wouldn't be much advantage even if you could do it.

However it's worth bearing in mind that Limited Editions can be shipped after two years (I think it's 2?)

There are a few nice ones (eg 2007LE; 2008LE and 25th Anniv) lurking in US stores which you might get at a good price and can be shipped legitimately. Remember that they'll add duty - you can get info on that from HM Customs website.
