That’s because the manufacturer has no info or pdfs or any info which is pathetic. There’s not excuse for that IMO. A little drawing would allow to understand what’s going on. There’s two Allen screws and a spring visible in the hole which I guess is supposed to snap into recess at end of inserted portion of bar. Not sure what the bottom set screw is for?
