I recently considered one of those German bases and spent a few minutes reading a forum where I noted a lot of bashing of EBMM products. I had to laugh and the more I thought about it, the more I realized that I am really not interested in fancy wood, oiled bodies, huge fat necks that dive etc. I like my basses with one pickup and with all the attitude and personality that my EBMM's have.
