I love the design of the MM hardshell cases, especially the facility to leave the trem bar in place. However I do have one little niggle. I've notice on a couple of mine that the outer plastic face has become detached from the interior plywood(?) shell giving an air bubble effect. It is still tacky and will stay glued temporarily if I push them together but they invariably lift off again. I've tried leaving heavy weights on it overnight but it seems that once the seal goes it never goes back completely. It doesn't affect the functionality but looks a bit cack.

I keep them all in my music room where temperatures don't fluctuate too much and away from any heat sources or windows.

Just wondered if anyone else has encountered this and if so have you found a cure?

The interior foam moulding has come away n mine too. But it makes no difference functionally because it really can't move any significant amount and of course it's all kept securely together when the case is closed. Personally, I'd try double-sided sticky tape but my guitar spends it's life in a gig bag and the case is pretty much in storage so I've just never bothered.
