Hey there all you out there on the MUSICMAN Forums!

My name is Chris Glancy and I present a fantastic new radio show called GUITARMAGEDDON on TotalRock Radio.

Chris Glancy brings you ‘Guitarmageddon’, a fantastic new radio show on TotalRock radio. The emphasis of the show is to interview some of the biggest names in the world of rock guitar as well as to serve as a platform for new up and coming guitar talent. Tune in to hear co-hosts such as Joe Satriani (G3), John Petrucci, Steve Vai (G3, Frank Zappa, David Lee Roth, Whitesnake), Glen Drover (Megadeth), Paul Gilbert (G3, Mr Big, Racer X), Joe Bonamassa (Bloodline) and many more…The show takes place every Sunday where a guest guitarist comes to the studio not just to talk about their latest album or releases, but to co-host the show and talk about their motivations, experiences and the tracks that helped to shape their musical vision and playing style. In addition to the program there will be an online review section covering the latest guitar related albums and equipment as well as links to weekly video tutorials providing you with everything you need to know in order to get started in the world of rock. ‘Marshall Amplification’, ‘Ernie Ball strings’, ‘Musicman guitars’ and the ‘Guitar Institute’ are all official partners of the show so expect to find some of their top artists and endorsees involved in future programs. There will be regular competitions giving you the chance to win some of the latest ‘Marshall amplifiers’, and Musicman guitars as well as opportunities to secure access to free courses and clinics at the prestigious ‘Guitar Institute’. Most importantly Chris Glancy is looking for good unsigned bands, new young players and fans of ‘Total Guitar Magazine’ to help bring virtuosic guitar excess back to the fore.

Available on TotalRock.com - 24/7 Rock and Metal Radio, Sundays from 5pm-7pm

Great internet radio station -
covers a lot of bases (and basses :) )

I particularly like Chris Dales radio show on Thursdays ... (friend of a friend ... ) great bass player, always guaranteed some Kiss tunes and 80s rock classics :) - all presented in the 'inimitable' Chris Dale style ...

I'll certainly be checking your new show out Chris - sounds great!

Chris Dale

Thanks for the reply mate!

I am currently trying to put together a house band for the show to record some seriously wacky and awesome instrumental music to be aired regularly on the show. Chris Dale is a great bass player and have approached him about collaberating! He is currently the Bass Tech for Billy Sheenhan on tour at the moment.

I cant tell you how awesome Musicman guitars are, i was using PRS and Gibson for a while but the Musicman i have seems to really cut through the mix.

Are you a bass player too then?

Hi Chris

Yes - bass player too.
I used to be a 6-stringer but turned to the dark side / have been focussing on bass for the last few years since moving down to London.

They are good those EBMM guitars aren't they :)

And by the way - welcome to the forum!
