it is sarcasm. But really sometimes I would like customers to hold themselves up to the same standards that they expect from us. I give pints of personal blood here every day and there is still things to complain about even though I have explained the web site a zillion times. Are you askng companies with slick websites to have the owner answer each and every aquestion you may have?

Natural looks like - well, wood. All of the colors are here, but the natural shown is quilted maple and ash won't look like that. Try the instrument builder here. And I don't know too many CEO's on their own company's forum answering questions for guys like me. Pretty cool!
 
In the groups I work with one of my long standing policies is that:
Anyone who complains gets an action item.

Anyone not happy with the website may submit a website that they do like. :)

I would like to officially complain that the pictures of the guitars at NAMM do not get posted to the forum fast enough if at all. I am prepared to accept whatever action is sent my way as a result of my complaint. :)

Just curious - what info/picture/news is there that you are looking for that you cannot find by asking a question on the forum? I actually find the forum to be an invaluable place for all kinds of info. I'm glad BP is here - (multiple times on a daily basis! that's just ridiculous - we are so spoiled), and the community as a whole seems to have more info than I could ever get out of the website. If you need info, this IS the place.

If you want to see what your future guitar may look like, well, like Wonka said, "There is no place I know to compare to your imagination". ;)
 
Thanx for the updates always nice to see.

Disappointed, there shouldn't be disappointment, an update can only help. People (users) have wild expectations and everyone has an idea, but only so much can be implemented to make it cost effective and timely.

I'm sure that the new site will be great.
