I don't know if this has been asked before...if yes, then i'm not good in entering keywords in search engines :)

Are the musicman pickups hand made or factory made? for example will i hear the difference between two musicman stingray bass guitars manufactured in the same year (of course same strings, same tuning, same amp, same EQ hehe) ?

Just the fact that the bass is made out of wood would alone make them each individually sound different. That's the nature of wood.

The Pickups a very consitant with what was done in the 70's, Woods will make them vary a bit, Maple Neck Verses Rosewood also will play a Roll, but over all they'll sound pretty close.
