less than 10,000..Seriously its rare

AD there are a couple of reasons why we dont disclose production ....first we just dont have the staff and if we disclosed it the inbox would be full with "How many black sting rays with plack pickguards did you make in the third week of may?

Also it really comes down to us being privately held and really don want that much specific info out there.

Understood. I figured that was the case. Worth asking anyway, and thanks for the response.

Until I see or hear of another one, I'll just assume it's unique.

I figure that:
-It was still early days and the Bongo probably hadn't quite caught on yet, so there weren't all that many anyway

-The LE was more rare than regular production

- The HS is not as common as the HH

So it must be one of very few.

(oh, and BTW the knobs are straight!)

I agree, but at the same time I like not being one of the sheeple.

Great term..."sheeple". Bongolids are definitely not "sheeple", that's for sure.

Interesting, it took me a while to find a store that had even one Bongo in stock. Fortunately I did find one that REALLY likes Bongos and had 6 in stock for me to try.
