So i called and Dan answered, well actually some sexy sounding woman answered and connected me to CS....:D

When he said this is Dan, i said...Dan, from the forum, the master of serial # info?

So we talked for a bit and he took my order for my toggle...it was fun! Nice talking to ya Dan!!!

wish it was that easy in Europe . Give a phone call and get the spare parts in your mail box the day after :p

Nevertheless, HTD in France is doing a great job to support us :D

My first dealing with EB Customer Service was when I bought my AL used. It came and I noticed there was no place for the silent circuit. I called and spoke to Greg (is he still there?). He said, "Wait, aren't you from the ***** forum?" (I don't wish to name the forum because I had bad memories of the forum owner). He then said, "Weren't you making fun of the Al body design?" He had me. Since making fun of it (BTW, Albert's been one of favs and a major influence since the early 80's) I couldn't get it out of my mind. I found one for sale and bought it. It's in my avatar. After we finished cutting up at my expense, we chatted about the silent circuit. He said that they started making them after mine. I had given him the serial #. Great guys all around and very willing to make you a satisfied customer....

Strings'n'thing in the UK are absolutely great too! Nothing is too much trouble.

When I bought my used JP6 a couple of years ago, Son #1 restrung it for me. I didn't know anything about the floating trem (had never heard of one), and, it turns out, neither did he.

Long story short, the re-stringing turned out bad, I made a call to EB-SLO and got Scott on the line. He explained everything to me, told me about the website, etc. Incredibly helpful. What a company. :)
