AL HH Goodness

That looks fantastic.

You know, I still haven't had a chance to try one of these HHs. I'm a HUGE AL fan, and have been gigging my AL SSS and 25th a lot lately. I really have been keeping my eye open for an HH but haven't seen one yet. I am thinking that it will be the perfect guitar for me. Especially one of the GC run ones with the coil taps. I'm going to Chicago next weekend and will hit up whatever music stores I can find there. Hopefully, I'll be returning home with one (and hopefully as nice looking as yours)!

Congrats! You must be thrilled and anxiously awaiting for the delivery truck.

Brian, Derek and Kevin are all top notch guys to work with. You've been taken care of by the best.

You will not be disappointed by your AL and I'm certain it will quickly become your #1. Share some pics when she arrives!

@mtrejo
With out a doubt they have been the best artist rep people I've ever worked with. Since I signed on with EBMM as a artist I've had the privilege to meet so many wonderful people and one thing I can be sure of with EBMM and SBMM is that they always treat me with a lot of "What we call here in Hawaii" aloha... I have a few companies that I officially endorse for music and music production and I must say that EBMM and SBMM has always been top-notch in every way. I speak or email one of them at least once a week and they always are on the ball (no pun intended) when I need something. Pat Park was Super super cool to work with on the SBMM side and now Brian Martin is a totally great guy also.. I have no complaints about anything, it's always been the best. The hardest part of anything I've had to deal with while being with EBMM and SBMM is waiting for the guitars and stuff to come in. LOL..That is great torture to me.. Haha, But "Like a kid in a candy store", I imagine I'll be! :) And yes, I will definitely share some pictures when she comes in as she will probably go straight to a gig with in an hour or so of her arriving. Aloha RJ :)

Thanks for the update - I'm stuck up here in Edinburgh at the moment - missing my Al. I'll be reunited tonight. (Funnily enough my Wife's name is Al - short for Alyson) So I have 4 x Als that are the love of my life lol

@spudmurphy..
oddly enough my ex-gf is named Ali.. She has been deemed as the perennial "the one that got away" Or "the one that hurts to think about". I have a Michael kelly "hybrid special" guitar that I named ali cat. And since I'm in the habit of naming all my guitars I'm sure this one will have some kind of tie-in to her name as well LOL. Geez talk about " trying getting over it"... In any circumstance I still will be treating my Al (i) like a queen... :) stay safe in Edinburgh.. Aloha RJ

I'll put some pics up and possibly a video blog as soon as I can.. U can beat believe that I'll be waiting for the delivery truck to show up.. It's torture waiting.. Lol.. Especially here on my island.. Sometimes it's out for delivery first things in the morning but it doesnt arrive at delivery point till way late afternoon :( .. But I'm hoping the delivery gods are shining their beacons of lights down upon my residence today.. Lol.. I guess I need to try and keep myself busy so the time pass much faster than just sitting on the couch waiting around for my FedEx delivery man a.k.a. my personal Santa Claus to show up. It seems like every week they come around to bring me something of some sorts, it's gottwn to the point that they know me on a first name basis. LOL but what the hell it's an island! Haha But for some reason this delivery seems extra special. Which I know all of you will agree! So stay tuned to this same bat time same bat channel. :) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1354295695.842092.jpg here's a pic of the ohana (family) waiting for the AL HH A.k.a. "Ali " to show up.. These are all the pieces that usually goes on tours with me.. Give or take a couple pieces.. And yah, I did name her already.. Is it weird that I named her after my ex? Haha aloha

At last, the day is here! That's too exciting.

I started having guitars shipped to my work because I'd always miss the delivery 3 days in a row because I'd be at work. It was always a hassle. I even started having my neighbor stay at my house until the package arrived because if she walked over to claim the delivery they wouldn't leave it with her. The things we do huh?

For sure.. I had a photoshoot yesterday what was supposed to be in my studio and to promote the new AL for EBMM (doing what I do :) ) but also for shots with SBMM models. Planned it cause Derek told me he thought it was gonna be in yesterday.. But I saw it wasn't on FedEx site so I rescheduled shoot.. It all worked out as I was able to do a extra gig and studio session instead.. But I know what you mean about delivery.. I seem to always miss it.. But luckily someone is usually always home here.. And when I get home I'm surprised by a nice box! Lol.. It's kinda weird cause I receive pedals etc all the time and sometimes they'll just leave it by my door and that kinda freaks me out.. Even in paradise we have crazy thieves lol..
