Bill's hit the nail on the head. I've got myself in a pickle and I'm slowly working my way out but my patience is getting thinner and thinner. I've been expressign it in subtle ways which has started alienating some of my friends. I'm just gonna disappear for a little while in hopes of getting things straight. I'll be back around. Tom - never noticed the "acting like an ass" - always seemed cool to me! :)

Re: the job thing - I'm dealing with huge issues these days caused by new senior management. Not sure if your work situation is similar, but my rule of thumb is 6-9 months to evaluate what's happening and prevent any rash decisions that one may later be sorry for...

I'm 2 months in... :rolleyes:
