Very cool stuff. I like it a lot. It reminds me of Madness (the band) and a bit of a dutch electro project called Zea.

Do you try to make this as a life show too?

Madness, it's cool that it reminds you of them - I saw them a few months ago and they were amazing. We've been listening to a lot of the Eels and Barenaked Ladies, which is where most of the inspiration came from.

Our live show is very 'stripped down' and we have a double bass, acoustic guitar, kazoo and harmonica and 3 part harmonies. Completely acoustic, we should have a few videos soon so I'll upload those at some point!

Okay so today I played the CD at work for the first time - it went down an absolute storm. As soon as it ended, he went over to the CD player and pressed play again...and then again. We bounced on big gym balls while listening to it - I reckon it's a success!

Cheers for all the comments guys!

Right, there is some ladies spirit in there. I think they should have kept Steven Page, his singing with them was fantastic.

I am really looking forward to those videos. I think you will find a label for this if you try.

Just got a chance to listen, Zak. EXCELLENT stuff. Can't wait to show it to the kids, I'm certain they'll love it, both the 9 year old and the 3.5 year old. I can hear it now .. "again, Papa, again!!". Great job.

I played these for my three year old and she loved them. Her favorite was Point at the Map!... which was my favorite as well. Like everyone else said, fantastic, professional quality recordings and arrangements, you guys did a stellar job. My daughter thought it was from "Wow Wow Wubbzy".

Again, major kudos, props, and cheers. I absolutely love that you have shared some of your talent working on music for children.

Thanks Floozy, it's great to hear that it is appreciated by the target audiences! It's great to know that the adults are enjoying it too.

We have been contacted by a man who works for the BBC and he is pretty sure that they would be interested in these tracks, it would be amazing to hear these on the radio!

Great - best of luck with this.

I loved the witty lyrics and the way the music fits them.

PS I was listening to an interview with the guy from Divine Comedy on BBC radio 2 the other day and I wondered whether you'd got some inspiration from them (their song National Express for instance) - yours have a similar witty approach. Their's are obviously more satirical and political.

Actually we havn't been listening to that at all, most of the lyrical inspiration actually came from Barenaked Ladies (listen to the album 'Snacktime' - you'll see what I mean) and believe it or not Johnny Cash - lots of his songs (for example 'I've Been Everywhere') are pretty much lists of different things, much like in some of these songs.

Nothing wrong with Johnny Cash! We have two of his songs in our set. Nice EP anyway, well done.

Haha, no I love Cash...my iTunes is loaded with about 30 of his albums!

Thanks. There should be more to come (in the pretty distant future sadly)
