Jeez, they couldn't find any good rosewood left for your neck man? 
That looks AWESOME!!! I'm anxiously waiting for mine, it was received by WMC yesterday and they were doing the setup for me either today or yesterday so it SHOULD be shipping out to me by tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. Here's hoping my JP7 got a sexy striped rosewood neck like your baby did! Congrats man, that is spectacular, love the finish and the neck.

I'm thinking I like this one better than the Mystic Dream....the Rosewood neck against that Sterling Silver is a really sweet combination.

The neck is like buttah Donnie. Once I get a house for the wife I will pull that trigger. Maybe I should get a bigger house loan to get essentials; stove, fridge, guitar, hot tub.

I'm assuming that the neck profile is the same, but for some reason the rosewood neck feels a little thicker. I could be wrong.
But, it feels as smooth as silk. I love it.

I love mine, also. The rosewood is definitely smoother than maple. Not sure about the neck profile. The only exposure I've had to a JP6 with a maple neck was at GC here in Cincy...and it didn't feel the same as rosewood.
