I just strung-up my Dargie Bongo HHp with a set of cobalts tonight after work (I finally got one of the 3 sets I have on order)... Holy Santa Claus S#!T !!! Punchy as hell, clear as a bell, loud, but not too zingy sounding... Bass Bliss! I usually have to play new strings for a few hours before they sound decent, but MAN... Oh MAN are these things good right out of the package!

the coriolis effect of the Earth's rotating magnetic field won't interact with the string as intended and the notes will come out backwards
Can't recommend these cobalts more guys - I am looking forward to the day my Classic Ray can have them as well![]()
I just ordered a 5 string set.![]()
If anyone wants to look at any of the other vids on the site, all are on the Ray Classic with slinkys except Willie and the Hand Jive - which is on the Bongo.
