where is the String breaking? is it breaking in the same place every time? Since it's so new, you might want to contact EBMM Customer service.

A string will go out of tune if it stretches or loses it's geometry, from trem block to tuning peg via the bridge saddles and nut.

There's no big mystery or strange things happening - there has to be a reason and any guitar tech worth his salt should be capable of checking this.

Ok, lets go from the trem block. Check that the strings seats properly in the block - is there there any debris in there - heaven forbid a broken off string ball end?

Check that the trem plate pivots nicely and make sure that there is nothing like a shard of plating, rough edges that would bind on the trem posts. Lubricate the friction surfaces of the trem plate posts - this will all help with tuning stability.

Onto the saddles. Get a magnifying glass and examine the surface where the string passes over the saddle. I there are any rough edges then these need to be removed and polished out - this is often the cause of string breakage at this point - I assume the strings always break in the same position?

The nut - make sure the strings are lubricated in the saddle so that there is no binding in the nut when you use the trem.

Tuning peg - do not wind the string around the post - there should be no windings. Just pull the string through, tighten the knurled knob and cut off the excess - This all helps with tuning stability.

Possibly try a different brand of strings ?

Good advice from Spud. Shouldn't be a huge thing. CS is open Mon-Thurs- call or email them on Monday and they can help you out then.

my tech checked out the saddles, block and all the other things, he polished the surfaces and all... it's like when you bend or use the trem (sorry for my bad english) the part of the string that is inside the bridge gets smashed until eventually it gets broken... i couldn't understand this... my tech says it can be the strings im using (d'addario strings .9), and maybe my MM jp6 came with Eb RPS strings... but i can't seem to understand that yet... the strings that came with the guitar when i bought them never did this... only when i first did the change of strings this problem is happening... could it be for the d'addario strings? (here in DR Ernie ball strings are pretty rare)

Well take a look at this thread about RPS strings
http://forums.ernieball.com/ernie-ball-strings/39155-why-rps-strings-so-amazing.html
you should be able to get them via mail order or Amazon perhaps?

If you can imagine the steel ball end of the strings sits inside the brass trem block. The string itself comes up vertically from the ball end so that should not cause any friction problems. However when you dive the trem and the string slackens. When the trem returns to its normal sitting position the string comes back under tension and in doing so the ball may swivel slightly in the trem block but it (the ball) shouldn't get damaged by the brass trem block. If the tech has checked everything else then it seems like the next step is to change your string brand. If you take this action then let us know how you get on?

thanks for the help guys, my tech and i sat down today all afternoon and we solve the problem, we polish the saddle and the hole in the block and it stayed in tune and didn't break... we spend 1 hour non stop playing doing massive dive bombs and bendings and it was ok, i used an ernie ball cobalt .9 string that we found in a local EB string shop (thank God we found it), but he was telling me that we should order and put RPS strings just like you say, i'm ordering some at amazon, im using those from now on, its strange... looks like my jp6 is "anti d'addario" lol, beacuse with the EB slinky cobalt worked great
