My best wishes as well.
But you are right about this online family....If we can fight pesky trolls, I am sure the board will help you get through this.

Hey Gerry - I am SOOOO sorry to hear about your Dad. I do know what you are going through. I lost my dad to Alzheimers a few months ago, and I'm still trying to survive from day to day. Keep your chin up - and remember, he's not suffering anymore. It's only US that have to live with the pain, so try to focus on the good memories...

Gerry,

my heart goes out to you man. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. It's never easy to lose someone you love. Remember all the great times. Cherish them. We're all here for a short tour on our planet. It goes by so fast.
Just remember, you have your little extended family right here.

Stay strong...

My condolences Gerry. I lost my Dad a year ago (8/5/06) & I think about him every day. My son was born exactly one month before my Dad died & it kills me that my Dad never got to meet him. He was only 62.

My Dad also introduced me to music. He was much more of a musician than I'll ever be. He played the saxophone, flute, clarinet & other woodwind instruments & had a ton of natural talent. Remember him every time you pick up the guitar, that's what I do.
