Hello friends, As you all know I just received my 25th. I tried to hurry and give you guys something to listen to...so I threw down a 3 chord jam......and played some clean leads over it. I used the Axis on the first set of leads...The 25th comes in at 2:10......I find it to be a little brighter....I guess I sound like me no matter what guitar I use......I will keep toying with it to crank out some new sounds.I am very happy with it!

The good news is I am getting more familiar with my recording software......and my bass playing is coming back.. What shall I buy next? mmhhhh

P.S. I could use some prayer if you believe... for a speedy recovery. My wife just had surgery....God Bless:)

Yet another stylish jam Tim, excellent work. I agree the 25th can be bright but.................it can also be dark, which is one of it's many strengths. I find I play it in parallel mode mostly as I quite like the cut, it seems to go well with the resonance of the chambered body, but it is nice to stick it into series occasionally and give it some beans!!

Sorry to hear about your wife's surgery, I hope she makes a quick recovery. My best wishes to both of you.

Simon.

As far as the brightness goes, I find that since the chambered guitar body resonates so well that you can bring the vol knob down just a tad and the brightness of the attack really goes away but the guitar continues to really sing. The brightness in my 25th really seems to be mostly in the attack and not the sustain.
