Jack just beware of any new posters. Alot of people that get banned will sign up for new screennames and just continue to post. Heh. I know a thing or two about that.

GRAPHITE PICGUARD -the car tuner made it specialy for me.i want to buy lakland skyline 55-02 but its to high priced.then i look for SSD legend but i cant get one in SLOVENIJA.So i played ROCKBASS corvette 5 string and i compere it to MM sub 5 str. .the corvette is better sounding B string so i decidet to buy ROCKBASS vampyre couse looks better than corvette.
I am wondering if i should install whole MM replacement system or i just put preamp in OLP bass.

A tribute to Nick.....the wayward junior poster of York.....I wonder if the wizards of Wenge, Ovangkol, Gingko-Biloba and any other fancy woods will do a forum. Certainly they will invite our long lost pal Nick of York.:p

I just pulled out my bugle and sounded off on taps for the late Nick of York. Alas, he won't have us to kick around anymore.

Forum members,

May I sincerely apologise on behalf of Her Britannic Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II and the entire British nation, for the crass and inappropriate postings of Nick of York.

Please be assured that this kind of behaviour is not the norm in this fine European enclave we call Britain.

In London we would simply refer to him as just a "sad northern b**t**d" and roast his hide back up the A1.

Ismaniac, I'd still choose that warwick, it's just so kick ass. What do you find is your best bass overall?

First of all, I don't think it accomplishes anything for anybody to go back and forth on this board about which bass is better and which ones kick more ass. They all have their plus and minuses and that is why we all like different kinds of basses.

I am fortunate enough to have a warwick, music man and a lakland. In an earlier post I said I really would not want to do without any of them because they can each do something the other one can't. I think it is always good to have a few totally different basses in your collection. Only playing one kind of bass your whole life would be boring to me.

So Nick, I guess what I am saying is that I like the musicman as much as I do the warwick and the lakland, it is just different. You should really try one sometime. I think it would compliment the rest of your awesome collection. Great buy on that Ltd. warwick by the way.

Your real name is Mahatma Gandhi, right?

Seriously, your message was the same as mine was yesterday, you just used more diplomacy.

Nick, I presume from your responses that you are in fact, approximately 14 - 16 years old? - Out of interest please confirm.

Not sure on the Royal Family dig, nothing to do with me, don't have an opinion on them either way. I believe she is the Queen of Great Britain and Notherern Ireland, which covers a little bit more than inside the M25.

Finally, bass guitars are musical instruments, not weapons of mass destruction which you want to kick ass more than than others in your "arsenal" and yes, you are entitled to your opinion about what you like and what you don't. Just, don't expect everyone to agree with it when expressed in those terms.
