Hi everyone my name is Jesse and I am a somewhat recent MM convert. I'm actually a pianist *ducks* that has started playing guitar as well over the last year or so. I started with a LP clone that was well...not so good. So I went to my local GC and found a MM ASS...(this had been after looking for months thinking no one made what I wanted) and fell in love. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for...unfinished neck...5 way switch..light weight and TONE!!! So I bought it on the spot and could be found in a corner with my amp for hours at a time...yelling at my wife to come and listen every so often.
Well after a month of having it or so my job situation moved me out to Seattle and I had to take the guitar back to help pay for moving expenses/house etc...I was soooo bummed.
Well I've been saving my pennies and today (after days of indecision) I ordered a BFR ASS Hartail in Emerald Burst with a maple neck from Pete! WOOOOHOOOOOOO!
I'm stoked...I know it's going to be a long time before I have it in my grubby little hands, but I can't wait.
So thanks for sharing in my joy...I know the people on this forum can appreciate the excitement.
