...is on Ebay. YeahI know, I know. I just don't play it enough to justify it at this point, and to boot I want to finance some other studio gear so I need to part with it...the good news is I'm planning to order another Silo from a friend of ours in a couple of months but I'm heavily weighing my options (finish, fingerboard, electronics) on the next one...so if anyone checks it and digs it...its a great piece.

Wow what?

Especially when I have use for some other tone generating stuff (not necessarily), it makes the most sense at this point...

OC, do you have the clips of this guitar available for a listen?
Also, do you have any more photos? I'm dying to get a closer look at it... :D

Listen to the last 5 years of Dream Theater and you can get a pretty good idea of what it sounds like ;)

Just kidding.

I'm getting ready to sell my Mesa and I thought I'd never do that, but I want to get something more versitile for the "stuck at home player" like the roland cube 60 or a fender cyber twin or one of theose line 6 thingy's. I want more versitility.

Seriously, I know Petrucci has a killer rig, but the JP sounds really great through my single Mesa amp with no external effects - I can get killer clean sounds, and the "Train of Thought" DT sound really easy. The surprising sound, though is the Santana-esque sound I get out of the Neck pickup.

I'm sure it sounds great-it is an EBMM guitar, after all. :D

i just want to hear the Dimarzio Air pickups that this particular guitar is equipped with.

OC, expect a PM within the next couple of days...
