Best guitars I've ever played Musicman Axis ... I've been playing for over 45 years. Pretty much everyday for hours. These are my number 1 favorite

I like the double locking and fine tuners.. can't get that on a SuperSport and doing dives won't stay in tune. So guess it depends on your style of playing and needs.And I TOTALLY would have bought it as a SuperSport.
