My new Aych Aych 'Ray

Hi everybody,

I picked up a lovely HH 'Ray about a month ago and have been playing it non stop ever since. I can't remember the last time I developed such an attachment to an instrument but this is quickly turning into a full blown love affair.

Anyway here it is:

Nice Bass, I think the rosewood looks much better on the wood color bursts.

I was actually not referring to the color, only to the Ray HH part. I agree bursts are better with rosewood. I want a Ray HH with a maple board, either white or blue. It will get a tort guard either way.

But this thread is about ostinato's beautiful bass, not mine. I was drifting for a minute there.

Oh don't get me started on pao ferro.. I may just go on a rant about them not using it for all their rosewood necks
